In 2014, Charlie spent six years in the Public Sector where he ran the economic development body, Scottish Development International. Leon was appointed General Manager of IBM UK and Ireland in January 2025, overseeing technology, operations, and employee engagement. Previously IBM Vice President for data and AI worldwide, he led multi-billion dollar initiatives. With 25 years in IT, he has managed key client relationships at IBM and Oracle. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
